Ettie Rosenberg,
Esq., Pharm. D., is a member of the State Bar of California, and a
graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1999) and
the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy (Doctor of
Pharmacy, 1979). She completed her undergraduate work in pre-pharmacy at
the University of California, Los Angeles (1973-1975), and is licensed as
a pharmacist in California and Nevada.
Dr. Rosenberg provides specialized consultation as an expert witness in
the areas of Pharmacy; Pharmacology, Pharmacy Malpractice, Pharmacist
Standard of Care, Drug Related Malpractice, Adverse Drug Reactions, Drug
Interactions, Drug Product Liability, and Failure to Warn cases. She is
also available for Medical Chart Review, Charting Errors, Case Review,
Research, Consultation, Deposition or Trial Testimony.
Dr.
Rosenberg has extensive experience in legal research, having served as an
extern in California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Seven. In
addition, she served consecutive terms as a staff member and Notes and
Comments Editor for the Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade from 1997
through 1999. Dr. Rosenberg has co-authored numerous publications
concerning medico-legal issues.
